Right behind you Ben. Heres another thought. If Akio does not settle out of court, merges with SOLM or comes up with a super idea for the patent infringement against them ... Once SOLM wins can you imagine the Toyota fans reaction would be? There is going to be a massive dump of toyota shares for starters. Look how angry we were and puzzled with SOLM. Toyota fans are going to be pretty upset with their big investment of $65.00 per share which was $70.00 a week ago ... and they might buy SOLM shares knowing they're the true owners!
Plus maybe their shareholders will sue Toyota for not being ethical ect ... Akio Toyoda has alot to think about!
