Ben not saying they did the preferreds on purpose just that it might have slip by them with out them knowing it. If a new stock holder woundered if the stock was a good deal at this time all he would have to do was go to post 0004 read the news letter and if they bought it at that time it would be $0.60. So you would get 1/25,000,000 of the Co. Newbes now at $0.01 would get at this time we will use the A/S of 500,000,000 would get 60 shares for our money 60/500,000,000 or 1/8,333,000 So us newbes has it almost three times better then if you bought at $0.60 back then. If I did my math right.
