fsmith, Chad has been taking no salary, putting up his own money to pay company expenses and going 24/7 to build and make Magnum a successful enterprise. Infact, there would be no Magnum if it weren't for him. He made the connection and partnership with SRI/Sekhar. He is the principal negotiator and dealmaker for Magnum. I have a lot of money invested in Magnum stock and feel as others do that Chad is essential to this company's success as well as substantial returns on my investment. The restricted stock he got in November is to compensate him for his past, current and future contributions to Magnum. I accept the deal he made with Magnum because I know how essential he is to the success of Magnum and me as a shareholder.
