Couple of things he wanted the IHub board to know was that they have no plans on going private and if they did you would get to vote on it and get what was do to you. Solomon has no plans on R/S at $.005 it would not be worth their effort but say if it went to say $0.05 they would go along with the R/S. They would have alot to play with. Said that a couple of time during my conversation with him. So I am thinking between now and July their could be something big comming down to make it go that high. This is only my opinon the reason that they got their shares befor Feb. 9 was to better the chanch to have it pass. Lets say they own 30% of the company = 100,000,000 shares If each member of I Hub had 1,000,000 X 100 markers = 100,000,000 I don't think we have that amount because it would not be $0.007 now . Just my thoughts.
