Doesn't seem to make any difference whatsoever. Check the filings of other otcbb companies. You notice a certain amount of shares held to remain constant from one filing to the next, even when a company shuts it's doors. Strange. Maybe they list it for "appearance" sake. I wouldn't know, but its fun guessing.
In pennyland, most things are not as they "appear". Know when to buy...know when to sell.
