Its the smoking gun that proves along with all other evidence that Newton has been diluting RCCH massively.

1. Gags the TA
2. Volume begins to increase by 10 times daily
3. No evidence of any revenues
4. They pay their bills apparently but how
5. The PPS crashes to .0001
6. Newton files 504 for $1,000,000

Newton will not be done with RCCH until he collects the $890,000 note which is due to him. That is his primary objective and 1 year plan....then he'll walk.
