I agree about the free shares,in the real world the spoke that creaks the most gets the grease.But here is the difference in BCIT,there were fools that had to go and whine in the lawsuit about getting info from them, so in turn the 14 spokes got taken for hard earned grease and was replaced with a shiny new wheel.
