I think it's been more of a start-up company easing into production status. If you ever had to project manage anything, there's this notion of scope creep that seems to always happen with any project you take on. The PR's so far have told you what they are doing to become a revenue generating business. PR's are informational in nature and they will contain forward-looking statements. They've NEVER said, hey we are producing product X, to find out that they were not.
