Telynx has new ownership. The company closed its office in El Paso, Texas, and went through management and board changes in early 2004. Talieh Safadi and Paul Mataras, who briefly served as the corporate secretary of Telynx, reached a deal in March 2004 to acquire about 89% of the company for $10 in cash and the assumption of $4.8 million in debt and liabilities. The company (formerly Cambio) developed network management software for telecommunications companies and provided information technology (IT) services to other businesses, but has been dormant since early 2003. In 2004 Telynx acquired a 49% stake in Ice Castle Sports Arena, Inc. of New Jersey, a development-stage real estate company.
