NSOL/FFI/KFA Investor Educational Team Update: 02/13/2009 IC

Major Developments:
We are postponing/delaying the implementation of our web site and pending legal action.

Reason for delaying/postponement: (Break-thru)
Recent discussions with insiders and other affected/connected parties have given signs/signals that NSOL may be coming out of its shell; which could be finally unveiling the strategic vision it had promised some six months ago.
In an attempt to be supportive of the company and our investments, we have decided to give a determined time frame that appears to be needed to further pursuits of CTL development and confirm the support necessary for the state of KY.

We investors have felt left in the dark about the direction of the company. Based on our perception of inadequate communication and performances saw no alternative available other than to engage in a vast media campaign, setting the stage for legal action. The team at this point feels very strongly that the company may possibly be at a turning point and indicators are leading us to believe that this may be happening.

The team has voted unanimously to go in this direction, we feel very strongly about this position at this time and have elected to give NSOL/FFI/KFA time to work on business matters that are so very vital to all of our successes.
