They are doing all kinds of things without informing their shareholders. They only put out a PR when they are "reducing" the shares, but those reductions usually mean just a reshuffle, because in the end, they always end up with more shares.
These are the numbers that I found last night in the SEC filings. They show a constant increase that is consistent with what they announce in the previous filing, and they are all that really matter...
