Rocky; Gern was denied a European Patent yesterday. I do not know what they were claiming. I also do not know if this sets a general precedent for other European patents. Rocky, do you have any thoughts on European landscape vs the US with respect to # of stem companies, legislation regarding usage... whatever you might have time to toss out. Thanks.
