WNBD: a possible E$E item (if not already picked up, shaken, and poked at repeatedly) -

I've been in and out of this one for some time and it appears ready to move its game up a notch. Big ad campaign kicking in around some race track event nobody's ever heard of where I live (NASCAR, hah). Got back in yesterday with my modest stash at around .007 or so.
