The folks who can't monitor the ticks throughout the day most probably have stop loss in place and the MM's are taking full advantage of that. Especially after todays news.

I think the reason we closed GREEN yesterday at EOD cause shares were still out there. Today, shares were tight (hopefully into strong hands).......thus the movement that occured in the last hour (power hour).
