141 Capital Inc (fka ONCP)

I’ve been thinking about this XXIS->OFON->ONCP transition, and wondered if the R/S 171: should have occurred when the symbol changed from XXIS->OFON, or was this an attempt to clean the stock to get an accurate reading through DTC?

Next, 4Q financials are due by February 14, 2009, (45 Days after close of quarter) otherwise they would be considered late. Now in the past, 141 Capital released the financials right after the market closed, but before the 5:00pm deadline on Friday. That means the information would be accessible by next Tuesday? By then, most of the slower brokers should have the updated information regarding the last symbol change from OFON to ONCP, correct?

So, at the present, I would be very surprised to find any substantive information prior to Tuesday.

Finally, I think this board has done a fantastic job in presenting information surrounding 141 Capital, and I like the addition of the Stockcharts to the I-Box. Who knows, perhaps the same investor contemplating a stock purchase, may become interested in making an investment in the trading pool directly.
