In all fairness to the naysayers and worriers, I sat here trying to poke holes in your logic. Can't do it. Makes perfect sense to me.

Seems to me this is indicating a "batten down the hatches" mentality. Things may get a little rougher before they get better, but with these plans in place we will come out with a better deal(s) that will benefit us more in the long run.
