What is there to explain. There is no question that representations were made with dates and timelines and those representations were not met. However, that does not mean they will not be met in the future. In this industry, and in virtually any industry, circumstances can change for different reasons. In an email I received from Frank Olsen asking him about representations that have yet to happen, he stated that he should not have "opened [his] big mouth." The bottom line is that this is a "penny stock." You either believe in the company's potential and its ability to succeed or you don't. I do.
