That is hilarious, in a sad sort of way.

If I were a Congressman I would set up a Subcommitte on the effects of Secondary Balloon Induced Canine Xylitol Poisoning on the 2009 American Economic Recovery and Reinvestment Act. It is only an extra $250 million and will keep xantham gum manufacturers from defaulting on secondary market chicle firm debt swaps.
