GM In Talks With China's SAIC To Raise Cash -Reuters

General Motors Corp. (GM) is in talks with China's SAIC Motor Corp. (600104.SH) about a potential sale of GM's stake in their joint venture or other assets, Reuters reported Thursday, citing two unnamed sources familiar with the discussions. GM approached SAIC recently with an offer to sell some of its stake in the joint venture, the news agency said, citing the sources. GM and SAIC had no comment, Reuters said.
