I think folks may have another concept a little off.
The company did the preferred share offer to lower the share count. The math was already done for this in the past so I don't want to go over it again. But that price for the PPS had to be anywhere above $0.0125. As long as the PPS is above this price when folks start to convert back, the company will end up with a lower share count before all this started.
In essence, this was accomplished when the company did a RS of 175:1. No the issue is a race against time for them to continue to do what is necessary to continue an upward move on the PPS. The higher the PPS, the lower the share count in the end.
Pure genius, IMO.
Now I will turn it over again to our regularly scheduled arguments.
