Please define a credible audit. Are you suggesting that only Americans can perform credible audits (All of the numbers were audited by someone. Read and comprehend the Audit Report at the Veltex website) like so many who worked for Arthur Andersen and on WorldCom, etc...???

Seriously, tell me what a credible audit is? I used be be an auditor for one of the top world-wide accounting firms. I never heard the term "credible" or "non-credible" audit. You're making this stuff up.

Finally, audits of a Veltex are quite easy to perform. There's no complex revenue recognition rules as exist in auditing software. There's no complexity as exists in construction (percentage of completion, etc...).

You guys with this credible audit crap are displaying your prejudice and ignorance.
