Just speculating...a lot of things don't add up and Gary getting all those shares right before the RS tops the list, IMO the board knows exactly what they were doing with the RS announcement and of course they new that the price would tank but it has freed up a couple million more cheap shares right before they decide not to RS and make the announcement that we know is coming and get the share price back up to some reasonable price level going forward...too bad for the retail purchases made at the patent announcement up to .023 OUCHHHHHHHH. Many of those have already bailed.
