Since we are a small company filer, our report is not due until the end of March. For some of the larger companies (e.g. Fortune 100), they are required to file their 10-K within 60 days of year end (i.e. Feb 28), and some announce earnings via press release in early to mid February. We generally don’t announce earnings until our filing date.
