just because i love to screw up my math

i had 150 million OFON

so if i chose to convert to pref, and assuming the price stays at .03 in 3 months from the calendar date on the cert, then my $15,000 investment would be worth $4,500,000 (plus the 20% discount).... eh, i don't think so

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
