i see it as this

12/31, there was no r/s

2/9, there was a r/s

to think that the preferreds would be excluded, when all the preferreds are indeed common stock just temporarily off the market, would be somehow wrong. the only benefit the preferreds have is being able to buy back in at a 20% discount to market.

then again, if i am wrong, that is great for you guys. because the stock could literally go back to .0001 and it would not have any effect on your portfolio. And if it stays where it currently is, WHOA BABY!! somehow seems like a fairy tale

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
