AGT dilution - I'm not sure the warrant exercise would be such a bad thing for AGT. They need money, and sold some stock in December at C$.30. Their bridge loan comes due in June (for which they gave out 43MM wts at C$.221). Selling a bunch of stock at US$.50 might sound pretty good to AGT.

I agree, however, that it would be troublesome for stock trading because of the overhang of all that new stock. But remember that we may hear about a new financing deal any day now that could be worse.
