Thats quite a deposit...
10 million shares @ .225 equates to $2.25 million for a $900k acquisition of Den Packaging.
Wonder what they will say the balance due will be....

Nope...no scam here.

fwiw...it would be the first one EDS wandered into and promoted, or for that matter that other promoter either.

As well, thats pretty quick work for a new business and plan...a couple $20 million dollar orders in a matter of 4 - 5 months.
