His average price is 2 or 3 range. What do people think about him and WHY the odd amounts? Some are basic rounded numbers. 5 mil Exc...But 2,284,520? exc.. I hope he's legite and has plans and not to dump later after the momentum HE created starts. Then this is a lotto ticket.
