But my hunch is this is either silicon, nitrile or latex rubber. My first guess would be silicon ( manufacturing off-ends) but where it's coming from sheesh might as well be Nunavit in the Northwest Territory. I haven't any idea where these white buffings might be originating from, interesting application though! Hopefully lucrative if no competition...
