If in fact they were to have a "JV" in the mining sector dont ya think the hype would have been used as a tool to propogate further PPS and therefor increasing investor confidence?

the exploration of dirt is just that, until they can back up the anaconda claims and the filed reports of million ounce claims they have been duping the shareholders with false hype.

Claiming a common usa quoted company stock that as of yet does not exist is fraudulent as well. Now if they showed up with dozers and ore processing equipment, i am sure the hype would be used in several PR's but as of yet the value and exploration is just that....words to be used to hype nothing but dirt. My point being is all the PR claims that havent been proven in the reasonable time, or fortnight, or very soon, is a buzz killer. they know that but walking a thin line between exploration and total fraud takes time and good assays. which i believe they havent got the results they hoped for and therefor expanded the drilling to include more hype and promise of greater times ahead. Thus hyping on hopes of reasonbly good assays. Now i say where are those assays. and how long should one wait for such reports? Where is this ghost common stock, independence strategic minerals? and why no div announcement as PR'rd..? Why do we as shareholders have so many unanswered questions that the company itself has claimed it would have the answers to, over the past five months? they know they havent got the right stuff, and are stringing along the shareholders as long as they can. if i could sell today at .0001 i probably would. i refuse to sell at market with no bid, and some body get my shares for 1/1000th of what i paid. So like all here i am stuck.. waiting for the SEc to step in, and possibly get the company off thier butts to deliver as promised. Thats what the hopes of my mind are, IMO
