ChartTrader. HOW YOU HIT THE MARK ON THE NOSE. It is the " management". If we did not have any press release there would be people like me complaining about no news. If we have a good press release, all we get is yawning.

The reason for it is exactly what you said--management or better said lack of management. If the press release said------ ENTIRE MANAGEMENT OF IDTA RESIGNS WE WOULD HAVE A DELUGE.
