That plan works for +5 % holders who are mandated to file SEC Form 4's when they sell or buy , as in Markel's instance , but Institutions or other public companies do not have to file buys or sells with the SEC if they own less than 5 % .

With regard to LandAmerica I think we can rely on MFFAIS' accuracy ONLY for updated holdings in 2009 , and not for holdings that occured in 2008 that could have changed prior to year-end 2008 , and without updates sent to MFFAIS .
