GORO: Guerilla change of ownership?

I've been thinking about GORO. The increase in ownership by Torquiville and Horchild effectively takes control of ownership away from GORO mgt. This could result in a change of direction down the road, for instance, the plan to pay out generous dividends would now be up to T and H.

Anybody else worried about GORO control quietly being taken away from mgt?

GORO current mgt (great team with big plans) still owns a large percent of issued stock, but certainly not able to compete with T and H combined decision power if Horchild chooses to buy all the stock that they are now authorized to purchase.
