Jersy - i have not posted on this board since the stock was delisted. i want to congratulate and thank you for your exceptional efforts to keep us informed and also your appointment to the BOD. I do hope you have enough influence to keep the information flowing to us in some way as it has been a literal drought since August 2008. Persoanlly, I used to have weekly conversations with Gil, however, he has not retuned any of my daily calls for months, with the exception of one, just before his wife passed away. I have trouble undertanding why Gil has made so many pormises, including asking me to be one of the BOD which never happened, and the promises never materialize. I have lost confindence in the company, and more particularly, Mr. Slaton, for reasons i will leave unsaid for now. That said, i do hope you will be able to force some good management skills, which are sorely lacking, by being part of the BOD. I still have a very large amount of stock and hope you will be able to be instrumental in bringing the value up beyond our cost.
