Lexus300, LargeQuantity Buying of IN-THE-MONEY_PUTs_isBullish. it tends to put SUPPORT under the Markets, and is a nice BULLISH action.
i gave you a direct answer to ur question in my memo tonight, but on re-reading it, i am not sure it was intelligible.

caused me to look further.
i Looked at Where were the Volumes of Puts?
---------------------------------------------
If investors are trying to protect against Major Drop, they tend to Buy "large quantities of WayOut-of-the-money Puts".
That is not what i found.
If you find "large quantities of WayOut-of-the-money Puts" that is Bearish signal.
-----------------------------------------------------
If investors are trying to protect against a Minor Drop,
they tend to Buy "quantities of Puts".
That is what i found.
This IN-THE-MONEY PUT buying tends to put SUPPORT under the Markets, and is a nice BULLISH action.
