Bad News Tech - more research finds this is turning into a labyrinth, but hey, thats why I'm a researcher. After your post, I looked at the filings in Pink Sheets again and see that their Initial Filing in 2007 shows in Item XIII that he and his wife owned 100% of Whitehall and the stock owner address of Whitehall, Inc. was the same as Rebuilder corp address of 636 Treeline Dr., WV. In 2007 Annual Report it says that a Nancy Lump of 29 Flpsy Court, WV all of a sudden owned 100% of Whitehall, Inc?, but the same report in the Empire Stock Transfer, Inc., transfer agaent info for Shareholders with Certificate detail form, shows the Rebuilder corp address of 636 Treeline Dr., Charlestown, WV. In their 1st quarter 2008 filing, it shows a Earl J. Evans and Florence Evans owning stock and having an address of 29 Flopsy Court, WV? But the 2008 3rd quarter filing in the Empire Stock Transfer info lists Whitehall, Inc. address at an 40175 Deer trail lane, Wateford, Virginia. This seems fishy again because their filings keep shifting ownership and address of the largest block of stock.

IT GETS WORSE! I went to our original website of www.rebuildermedical.com and clicked on the INVESTOR tab and looked through all of that information and it shows a picture of Nancy J. Lump who is the "OFFICE MANAGER AND SISTER OF DR. PHILLIPS" and an Earl J. Evans 'QUALITY CONTROL AND DR. PHILLIPS father"! I think we know who owns the 180,000,000 shares and he may be hiding the ownership and addresses!

IT GETS WORSE! In the 1st quarter 2008 filing, it shows that the "Issuer" "Rebuilder Medical" sold 16million shares of stock to MJSC Enterpirses, llc at $0.03125 for a total of $500,000.00 "paid to the issuer" and the "issuer' sold another $340,000.00 to a Mazuma Holding Corp in a private offering during 2007-2008. Why wasnt that money disclosed on the financials anywhere, it was sold by the Issuer and paid to the Issuer. I think that money is lost and should have been disclosed. Assets are getting transfered, addresses are changing, ownerhsip is being changed and I don't think it was disclosed properly or at all. THIS STORY JUST GETS WORSE AND MORE DISSAPOINTING! i BET WE WILL SEE THE OLD WEBSITE GONE SOON NOW THAT WE KNOW WHO OWNS WHAT AND WHO'S PICTURES ARE ON THAT OWNERSHIP EMPLOYEE RECORD.
