The RS, there are two possibilities:

1. This is a scam and they are diluting current stockholders to death (the new/old AS points in this direction)
2. They become a viable company and know with a price around a buck they could attract institutions.

Consider that a RS doesn't effect the laughable market cap of 2M. IF they report (near) breakeven before the RS we know what the purpose was, IF not, we know it too!LOL
