Most everyone who had been in this one for a while could see this last reverse split and name change coming. It's the same game Berman has played since 2006. R/S, change the name, reduce the float but not the authorized,start a new 504 every August, then dilute the hell out of it until it stops trading and loses the bid. Then rinse and repeat. imo
