I believe the time to affect the content of the 8k is TODAY, before it comes out. It will not do much good for us to complain after the fact.

SM says he wants relief from the emails and phone calls. Well, I think he brought this on himself through a policy of leaking nonpublic information to selected investors. Heck, when I see that person X got some information and is posting it, then I think maybe I should call SM to see if he'll verify X's information or maybe give me some select tidbit...

It all seems quite simple to me. Stop the leaks and stop keeping small shareholders in the dark and the phone calls will greatly diminish.

And I really doubt that my posts have anything whatsoever to do with the share price. I believe the price is exactly where mgt wants it.
