Since Swift is in charge of Xkem and even though the facility is in a different country, Xkem is still a US company and up to Swift to make sure he complies with the court order. If someone does not follow through with a court order isn't there usually a order for their arrest. That's like slapping the legal system in the face, should tell the judge a whole lot of what kind of board members we had to deal with, and how Swift thinks he is above the shareholders creditors and the law.
By the way who is paying for all the Swift's legal fee's.....are we (Xkem)
