Ouch, the latest 8-k definitely sounds like bad news.
I bought in for $0.49 and just seen my investment lose more and more and more money (since I bought in not that long ago).

I posted earlier that a deal with La Jolla could be a deal with the devil, and it certainly is starting to look that way.
