Don't believe that's correct. Here's why.....

FVRL year end 12/31. This means they have to file a 10k next. 2/9 would have been for a quarterly report. This is their 10K annual report that's due next.

Here are the deadlines for 10q's and 10k's for quarter ending 12/31. According to FVRL's last 10Q they are an Accelerated Filer.

Accelerated Filers
Wednesday, December 31, 2008
10Q: Due Tuesday, February 9, 2009
10K: Due Tuesday, March 16, 2009

Last year FVRL filed their 10k on 2/29/08, so we might see it by end of the month. In the mean time any new deals will be announced via PR's and 8K's.
