MM that is what I was thinking too!! Swift you got some esplaining to do!! Dr(lol) Swift, In a typical Penny stock you might have gotten away with this type of behavior, however with XKEM you were never playing with the same crowd, as I am sure "YOU" realize from our prof representation. We are a group that had hopes for the people who need this drug and for us(shareholders) hard earned money, so needless to say our attorney will have word with you in the coming days, so much for your hard earned PR vacations eh Doc. I hope you spend your next few years in the confines of a cold CELL, if anything that is my goal!!! Based on your lack of performance and facts at hand as "Light the way posted", you could of, should of, released the companies financial situation prior to allowing the ratcheting down of the pipe investors shares before us and being down graded to a pink sheet compamy(One small example of the corruption from XKEM's non Share holder voted in COO). I could go on, but for now that is why we are paying an Attorney, so be prepared for a battle..(PERIOD).
