Fact is we don't know that. Nobody knows since SPZI and OFON are not reporting anymore. So much for the uplisting theory. SPZI might still has 120 million shares or they already sold it on the open market or 141 took it back, EVERYTHING is possible with this management here as you well know.
The most probable thing is that they had to give the shares back because SWARM is dead and never worked. At least that's the most realistic version. In my opinion SPZI will never ever file a single quarterly anymore. Maybe 141 does in the future.
