In a public forum anyone can post there opinion, the pr has been corrected, it is a twist of words that has been corrected.Nothing will stop the merger, the attorneys have thier fileings in order. The final green light from the exchange is comeing and there nothing vert,nite and thier nss financier can do about it except cover. There is no dilution going on here, volume vs the A/S proves it . Any child could see that.
