We need at least 90 days above $5.00 PPS prior to submitting to NasDaq. I figure that NYSE has the same rule. The information is listed below. It was found on the NasDaq website under Listing Standards and Fees.

We closed Friday at $4.95, so we are close to having the clock start with being at or over $5.00 PPS.
