BIHC has never been on a stock exchange and probably never will be.

Quotation services like the OTC BB and Pink OTC are not stock exchanges, they are just quote and information services.

SEC cannot shut a company down, they can suspend for 10 days, they can revoke the registation shutting down any trading for good and they can file civil litigation and invoke penalties and fines. They can't file criminal charges.
