I am out of this stock friday, I think exists two options for the A/S:

a) Posible Reverse Merger, is still a good reason or

b) Posible Adquisition of a Subsidiary, so this is the problem, because the company could make a massive dilution

other danger is the acummulation for some individuals, this could will generate a pump and dump scheme.
