Hi Biophanatics, Feb 4th came and went. We now know the vote has been postponed 3 weeks.

The question is why?

I suspect the following:

If BIPH was not going to be able to get the vote passed at all, they would have postponed the vote by months or canceled it completely.

Therefore, it seems, imo, that BIPH is close to getting the vote passed and only needs a few more weeks to do so.

So let's assume the vote will pass.

So what's next?

It's also my opinion that BIPH does NOT need the full 800 MIL shares to benefit from the increase.

I would suggest to the company (John L are you listening) that you retire a certain amount of shares, maybe 200 MIL. This would increase shareholder confidence significantly. It would show us that we are not just sheep, following questionable leadership. On the contrary, it would demonstrate to the shareholders that leadership has shareholder interest in mind.

Whether or not shares are retired, we still need one or more DEALS.

BIPH needs bonafide INCOME!

So this suggests, to me, that BIPH has been exceptionally quiet because they have something (or things) real in the works. However, they cannot announce it until the vote is finalized FOR the increase.

So, again, we have to be patient and wait a few more weeks.

The regular posters, or guests, here know that I'm summarizing what many of us think and believe. Time will tell

All the best,

Tet

PS--I like the pics on the BIPH attic. You should add a "bashers gallery," using pics appropriately. wink
