BUY OUT OFFER......
Sources or some one has said there COULD be a buyout offer...

Mines , materials, equipment, trucks, buildings, AND debt with common shares of stock....
value of offer supposedly @ .61-.64 share

Could this happen with them?
and would they accept it?
i like a risk....but wondering if this COULD be true..
